Determination of Enantioselectivities by Means of Chiral Stationary Phase HPLC in Order to Identify Effective Proline-Derived Organocatalysts

Chiral HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) constitutes a central part in the evaluation of the organocatalytic potential of new ligands in prototypical asymmetric reactions. The graphical abstract correlates in a wordplay a high ee (enantiomeric excess) chromatogram with a good Cat* (catalyst) and a racemic chromatogram with an unsatisfactory Cat*.

Simultaneous Multienzymatic Screening with Fluorogenic Probes
