Reviews will normally be solicited by the Editors. However, the Editors welcome suggestions for reviews that would be suitable for the Journal. To aid the Editors judge the suitability of a proposed review for the Journal, all authors should submit four copies of a synopsis that should include a brief outline of the review's content, 10 sample references, a summary of the lead author's academic career and an estimate of the approximate date of submission. Acceptance of the synopsis by the Editors does not guarantee publication of the final typescript.
