The Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of the Brazilian Chemical Society (JBCS) is composed of distinguished scientists dedicated to maintaining the journal's excellence, relevance, and impact within the global chemical sciences community. Acting as both guardians of quality and promoters of innovation, board members contribute their expertise to ensure that the JBCS continues to represent the best of scientific publishing. The key role of the Editorial Advisory Board is to advise the Editor-in-Chief, either upon request or voluntarily, particularly on ethical matters.

The board sets and upholds the editorial policies of the JBCS, ensuring that the journal consistently reflects the highest standards of scientific rigor, originality, and integrity.
