Beers, in their broadest sense, can be divided into two main categories based on high or low fermentation temperatures and specific yeasts. Each category encompasses dozens of beer styles and brands, resulting in complex variations. The nuclear magnetic resonance soft independent modelling of class analogies (NMR-SIMCA) tool differentiated these categories based on several data variations, offering a unique opportunity for quality control. Thus, authenticity, falsifications, and other non-conformities can be monitored.
